Clear reports about calculation behavior, confusing instructions or content errors help improve the site.
Current contact status
BuildQuantify does not currently publish a public support email or operate an account-based help desk. We do not invent a placeholder contact address simply to make the site look more established than it is. A dedicated public feedback channel can be added when one is available.
What to include in a calculation report
If you are preparing feedback for a future contact channel, include the calculator name, the unit system selected, the measurements entered, the result shown, and what you expected instead. Avoid including private account information, payment information or other sensitive data.
Useful report checklist
- Calculator page and URL
- US/Imperial or Metric
- Input values and selected options
- Displayed result
- Expected result and why
- Device/browser if the issue is visual or interactive
Content corrections
Helpful corrections identify the exact sentence or section and explain what is unclear, outdated or inaccurate. Product-specific claims should include the manufacturer or supplier specification that differs from the page.
Accessibility and usability
Feedback about keyboard use, mobile layout, field labels, contrast or screen-reader behavior is also useful. BuildQuantify aims to keep the calculators lightweight and usable without requiring an account.

You can continue using the calculators and project guides without registration. The page will be updated when a dedicated public feedback method is introduced.
